Neuropsychological Rehabilitation The neuropsychological rehabilitation program includes all conditions, exercises and activities that promote the functional reorganization of the brain damaged areas. It includes also compensatory strategies to overcome the deficits due to brain damage. Treatment activities are programmed from easy to increasingly more complex tasks, to promote the most efficient acquisition of the affected skills, as well as to enhance dedication and motivation of the patient. The program includes information to the family, in order to promote their active participation in the treatment of the patient. |
